French Class

September 13

I had completed all my credits at the university except four credits in one foreign language. I had two taken years earlier I told the visiting French professor my situation. He advised a tutor, one of his graduates. The last week the tutor had me translate the same four pages until I got it right. The dreaded final exam day came.

I opened the exam and stared in disbelief. The passages to be translated were the same two documents I had worked on for the last week. It was a gift. It was a miracle. I was graduated.

“The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.”
(Proverbs 10:22)
