Joy and I have been looking at homes in a retirement community. It all seems so appealing. Are we ready to join “God's waiting room?” One concern is moving from the church that we love and to which we feel the Lord has called us.
We pray about it. We both feel the Lord wants us to stay put. We obey. This decision is validated. Within three months, we find a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood a few miles from our church.
"A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." (Proverbs 16:9)
